			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The BONI prepared dry mix is excellent choice for doughnuts or other products from leavened dough. Just add water, yeast and fat (margarine) to the prepared dry mix and knead the dough until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then shape the pastry or doughnuts and let them rise. When they have risen enough bake the pastry in hot oven, and fry the doughnuts. Sprinkle the finished pastry with icing sugar.</p>
<p><strong>Doughnut recipe:</strong></p>

<li>water 400-500 ml</li>
<li>fresh yeast 50-70 g</li>
<li>rum 50 ml</li>
<li>margarine 50 g</li>
